Light Heart with Large Agenda

Volt being Charged at the New EV Charging Station in Boynton Beach

With a light heat, but a large agenda, the City of Boynton Beach
tackles energy efficiancy with fun filled events.
The seriouness of the issues faceing Boynton Beach are seemily being worn like a
losse garment these days. Unlike other near by towns who's rhetoric has gone stale,
Boynton Beach's sun is rising fast.
In flux is a major rebranding program. The sleepy fishing village is growing up at a rather fast clip!  With today's
Ribbon cutting ceremony  to unveil the city's  two new
EV Charging Stations

Boynton Beach establishes a strong hold bein Palm Beach County's leardership role!

Today's event which took place at the City of Boynton Beach Library just off
Boynton Beach Blvd., on Seacrest Blvd., brought a crowd which included the New Mayor "Woodie" Hay, his lovely wife, City Commissioners; Marlean Ross and Bill Orlove, Art in Public Places Administrator: Debby Coles-Dobay, and many others!

The slick electric cars on display, which created awe and excitement in the crowd,
were soon overshadowed when
Boynton Beach Art District's, artist and promoter,
Rolando Chang Barrero invited the Mayor Hay to jump on a recycled, re-engineered,
and re-designed bicycle by artist Paul Slater--and he did!

He peddled around the libray parking lot like he had been "raised" on the circus type funny bike that stood over five feet in the air!  A humble bow and wave concluded the lighted hearted ride. The crowd love it, all applauded!
